WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

FRONT LINE LTD. (hereafter "FRONT LINE"), established in  1961, specializes in designing and manufacturing a premier range of products.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied - please contact us.
In our experience, many problems can be resolved with technical assistance.

If you wish to return your FRONT LINE's  product that was purchased directly from us – please consider the following terms:
All returns must be pre-approved by FRONT LINE within 30 days of receipt of product and are approved on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

·         Please contact us via our Contact Us page.

·         Provide your order/invoice number, date of purchase, contact details, reason for return and action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit).

·         Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

·         Our Customer Service team will review your request and will contact you with your return number (RMA#) and instructions.

  • In case of return or exchange request, please return all products 100% complete in new, unused condition for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) or an exchange. Any shipping costs back to FRONT LINE are at the Customer's expense.. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by us to Customer, at our expense.
  • The warranty does not apply to the following: (a) any damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, flood, fire, earthquake or other external cause (b) any damage due to use of the Product other than within the uses prescribed and/or authorized by FRONT LINE or damage to a product caused by failure of usage of the product (c) any damage caused by repair or other action by any person who is not a representative of FRONT LINE; or (d) where any FRONT LINE serial number or product ID has been removed or otherwise made illegible.

·         Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
